一、产品原理

气体增压泵为气驱气体增压泵的简称,是一种以压缩空气做为动力的自动往复泵。采用大直径气体驱动活塞与小直径加压活塞直连结构,利用两个活塞的面积比产生压力比。气液增压泵有一支二位四通气控滑阀与两支两位两通导阀(撞针)共同组成自动换向机构,两位两通导阀由驱动活塞的碰撞控制其开关,两支导阀不断的填充和排出滑阀控制腔内的气体,使压缩空气交替进入驱动腔室的前后腔,从而实现了泵的连续工作。

二、使用操作

1、安装过程中,要避免杂物进入进出口,保持进出口的清洁。所有型号的气体增压泵,进气口与驱动气接口都在同一侧。泵的安装以泵体轴线处竖直方向为最佳。

2、气源压力及排量要求:最佳驱动气压为0.3-0.8MPa,压缩空气需求量不低于0.6立方/分钟。

3、气源润滑:泵在装配时经过润滑处理,一般情况不需润滑,除非长期在特别干燥的环境中工作,如压缩空气配有冷干机或吸附式干燥机,建议在压缩空气中加入润滑油。在使用过带润滑油的压缩空气后,就必须继续使用带润滑油的压缩空气。

4、当泵输出压力达到其最大压力时,泵停止工作,不再消耗压缩空气,当其出口端压力下降时,泵的压力失去平衡时,会继续补压至其最大压力值。

、长期停用时,每隔一个月接上气源,让泵动作几分钟,以免泵长期停止工作,密封件老化。
