气动增压泵冬季使用注意事项:
如果压缩空气水份过大,对中国北方地区,冬季会造成气动增压泵工作不正常,表现故障现象为增压泵不工作或动作缓慢,很多客户就以为泵坏了,其实增压泵并没有故障。
气动增压泵是以压缩空气为动力源,压缩空气做完功后排到大气,压缩空气释放时,会吸收热量,所以排气口温度会降低,如果压缩空气的水份较大时,加之环境温度较低,在增压泵的排气口会结霜,逐渐凝结成冰,造成增压泵排气不顺畅,所以冬季空压站储气罐及时排水,如水份仍较大时,就加冷干机,加装冷干机后,压缩空气较为干燥,进泵气源最好加装油雾器。

After installing the cold drying machine, the compressed air is dry, and the pump air source is best equipped with oil mist device.
