汉派瑞气驱液泵使用说明

安装位置

原则上,汉派瑞液泵能够安装在任何位置,但为保证密封件达到最长使用寿命,建议采用垂直安装方式。

接口尺寸很重要

请确认所安装的接头和管是否在泵的压力范围内。

驱动空气连接与启动

驱动空气接口位于滑阀室外部。在任何情况下,都需要安装一个压缩空气过滤器和水分离器,

因为液泵经过油脂润滑处理,所以无需安装空气润滑器。如使用过一次空气润滑器,则推荐继续使用。如使用干燥的气体,则需使用气体润滑器。

汉派瑞液泵的工作温度

标准温度范围为-20℃到+80℃。短时操作时,最大操作温度可以达到+80℃。

如在室外温度为0℃或低于0℃的情况下使用液泵,应采取防冻错施。

推荐液压油

液泵的正确使用和液泵的效率主要取决于所使用介质的质量等级。推荐液压油的粘度范围为46-48cst。

汉派瑞气液增压泵的驱动空气设计压力范围:PL=1-10 bar (14.5-145 psi)。

• 颗粒:最大颗粒5μ;最大颗粒浓度5 mg/m3

• 露点:+ 10° = 含水量9.4 g/m3 + 2°C = 含水量5.6 g/m3

• 含油量:1.0-5 mg/m3

注意:当使用湿气或高湿度气体连续操作时,会产生结冰现象,建议在此种情况下载空去驱动管线上安装一个水分离器或干燥器。

如果驱动空气过于干燥且露点低于- 40°C,建议使用油雾器。选用优质的驱动气体能够延长液泵密封件的使用寿命。

所使用的介质

泵的选型需考虑到客户的使用介质,因为介质的性质决定可密封材料和接液部件的要求。标准设计适用增压油或水。

驱动空气压力

汉派瑞气动液压泵的驱动空气设计压力范围:PL=1-10 bar (14.5-145 psi)。

驱动空气流量要求:

M系列压缩空气消耗不低于0.4标方/分钟,M系列压缩空气消耗不低于0.8标方/分钟。

泵的输出压力和流量

泵的理论最大输出压力为在驱动空气压力10bar时的输出压力。实际输出压力为驱动空气压力乘以压力比。

流量为驱动空气压力PL=6 bar,出口压力为0时液泵的近似流量。

Installation position

In principle, hampari pumps can be installed in any position, but vertical installation is recommended to ensure maximum service life of seals.

Interface size is important

Please confirm that the fittings and pipes installed are within the pump pressure range.

Drive air connection and start

Because the pump is greased, there is no need to install air lubricators.If an air lubricator has been used once, it is recommended to continue using it.If dry gas is used, use a gas lubricator.

Working temperature of Hampari pump

Standard temperature range is -20℃ to +80℃.The maximum operating temperature can reach +80℃ for short-time operation.

If the outdoor temperature is 0℃ or lower than 0℃ when the liquid pump is used, anti-freezing should be adopted.

Recommended hydraulic fluid

The correct use of the liquid pump and the efficiency of the liquid pump mainly depends on the quality of the medium used.The recommended viscosity range for hydraulic oils is 46-48 CST.

Note: ice may occur during continuous operation with moisture or high humidity gas. It is recommended to install a water separator or dryer on the air drive line in this case.

If the drive air is too dry and the dew point is below -40 °C, an oil mist is recommended.Selection of high-quality driving gas can prolong the service life of liquid pump seals.

The medium used

Pump selection needs to take into account the customer's use of medium, because the nature of the medium determines the sealing material and liquid parts requirements.Standard design for pressurized oil or water.

Drive air design pressure range: PL=1-10 bar (14.5-145 psi).

Drive air flow requirements:

M series compressed air consumption is not less than 0.4 standard square meter/minute, M series compressed air consumption is not less than 0.8 standard square meter/minute.

The output pressure and flow of the pump

The theoretical maximum output pressure of the pump is the output pressure at the driving air pressure of 10bar.The actual output pressure is the driving air pressure multiplied by the pressure ratio.

The flow is the approximate flow of the liquid pump when the driving air pressure PL=6 bar and the outlet pressure is 0.
