耐压爆破试验常见疑问和注意事项
1.保压时,瞬间掉压许多,总达不到设定压力。

答:发生这种问题,一般有三种可能。第一,试验工件内或者试验机内部管道还有许多空气没排出。这样,增压时,瞬间压力是上来了。但是,一保压,泵停止增压,气泡被压缩,工件和管路上的压力马上平衡,于是压力下来了。第二,手动卸荷阀没有关紧。增压时,由于增压速率大于泄压速率,所以看不出压力有降。但是,一旦保压,增压停止,泄压继续,就可能看到明显压降。第三,高压截止阀或者泄压阀坏了,即发生了内泄漏或者外泄露。这个时候就要懂得分段检漏。首先,检查泄压口是否有持续渗漏,如果有,则是泄压阀发生外泄露了。如果泄压口正常,那么,不接工件,用高压截止阀截断压力,看试验机本身能否保住压力。保不住,基本上就是高压截止阀发生内漏了。

2.明明设定的压力只有100MPa,为什么有时候能到110MPa甚至120MPa?

答:这是正常的过冲现象。只要阀门关闭效果良好,保压时,高压截止阀关闭,后端压力容积变小,压力增大。一般的,我们的应用软件上有一项修正值,就是用来修正因为保压导致的压力上升,比如过冲10MPa,我们要做100MPa的,将修正值设为-10MPa,这样,当系统检测到负载压力达到90MPa时就开始保压,而瞬间升压10Mpa,正好达到100MPa。

5. 保压试验时,总是压降过大,难道我们的工件都不合格?
答:有可能。但更大的可能是保压前没有稳压。由于各种因素的综合影响,其实保压开始时,高压还没完全到达系统各个角落,甚至有部分空气在里头。所以,正常有一个稳压过程。一般的,2-5分钟,根据系统和工件的体积大小,体积大的稳压时间就长些。
6.  怎样的压降才是合格的?怎么判断是工件泄露还是试验机本身问题呢?
答:这个没有定值。一般的,API要求,15分钟内工件连同整个压力源和管路总压降不得超过2%。至于工件的压降标准,那就看客户工件本身的技术要求了。不过,我们压力机的压降很容易知道的。对照设备出厂检验标准,里面会有明确的压降标准,只要在标准内就可以的。或者,客户可以延长保压时间,取后面的15分钟作为检测时间,因为我们的设备压降会随着时间的延长而减慢甚至看不到表针的移动。那么,检测到的压降,基本上就是工件的压降。
